clean fresh basic & sweet, simply for those who are curious to step on the mat, tapping into the breath and leading with the heart

yoga is a movement of energy and we will take our time to carefully soften, relax and be spacious. we will foster awareness of our feet and breath and establish a sense of being present. we will set foundations, open to grace, align the mind, heart and body while we soften boundaries and naturally ground ourselves
