rooted in her passion for her art, her connection to mama earth and an overwhelming dedication for all creatures, her infectious personality is committed to nourish her community

single sessions have been part of our offerings for eight years and we are moving towards the pre-registered consecutive series. each series is customized to grow from one class to the next. when our students commit to a series, we witness them hone their practice; cultivating an appreciation, refinement and relationship in them

we understand a pre-registered series is not available for everyone
and for this we will continue to offer single sessions (on a seasonal basis)

 

our summer offerings:

movement therapy

(tuesday only)

a unique class focusing on guiding simple movements from our feet to our heads, empowering us to move freely & mindfully through our day to day living (this class is catered to students that require a little extra love to move thru their body, we utilize plenty of props and cherish the time it takes to settle in each space)

introductory yoga

(wednesday only)

our lovely addition of introductory mindful yoga

clean fresh basic & sweet, simply for those who are curious to step on the mat, tapping into the breath and leading with the heart

yoga is a movement of energy and we will take our time to carefully soften, relax and be spacious. we will foster awareness of our feet and breath and establish a sense of being present. we will set foundations, open to grace, align the mind, heart and body while we soften boundaries and naturally ground ourselves

yin/yang

as a symbol of opposites in balance, we will practice a collection of dynamic expansive movements to ground and invigorate, build heat and strengthen, followed by a juicy slower healing state where we steep, soak and navigate thru clutter

vinyasa power flow

embrace your soul with our fluid rhythmic flow as you progress thru each movement to a stronger self. we will twist, elongate, activate, strengthen & release xo don’t be shy, come play!

goddess glow

(saturday only)

welcome the morning as we move profoundly

rippling into the soulful spaces of our body; we will elongate, activate, marinate and find ourselves glow from the centre of our being and flood the corners of our body with powerful intentions

soulful sunday salutations

(sunday only)

honor our big bright ball in the sky as we move profoundly thru a traditional surya namaskar offering

surya (‘our sun’), namaskar stems from namas (‘to bow to’ or ‘to adore’), meant to be a transformative experience to release the burden of our personal obsessions and return to the essence of our true being

the power of a namaskar is in its refined simplicity; the combination of movements creates a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual rhythm. join us in this delicious practice derived by ancient yogis that each of us replicates the world at large, embodying ‘rivers, seas, mountains, fields, stars and planets, the sun and moon’

the seat of your wisdom is in your heart

this is a gentle to advance level class, adjust it making it your own, find your soulful saluations session here


restorative/yin

(sunday only)

surrounded by an intimate soft setting warmed with a fire log belly stove, we will practice the art of stillness (yin) as we absorb our postures for 3-8 minutes, working slowly into our connective tissues where flexibility resides, generally in a seated or supine position focusing on hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine and passive heart openers.  delve deep as we steep and soak into places our body may heal and navigate thru clutter.

we will then restore your mind and physical being with a beautiful meditative practice, touching on visualization and subtle levels of pranayama (control of breath). give yourself permission to settle into a cozy environment as you enter deep into a state of relaxation

It's when we begin to shed our layers, encourage the light breeze graze our skin and tickle our hair, its when we feel the warm sun and sweet rain delicately kiss our faces, and its the time to connect ourselves to the soil with our naked toes feeling mama earth speak back to us

we are thrilled to bring back our seasonal offering of practicing outdoors, rain or shine, earth, grass, no mat only our foundations one with nature .. moving laughing connecting .. earthing

advanced - challenging level for ambitious students - minimum of one year yoga experience recommended
